When service of process requires a diligent search under Florida Statute Chapter 49, attorneys need a licensed investigator who knows what the courts expect. At Rambo Investigations, LLC, our diligent search services are designed to meet and exceed the requirements for constructive service, giving you a thorough, well-documented search and a sworn affidavit that holds up to judicial scrutiny.
Standard Diligent Search: $500
Covers the full scope of what Florida courts expect for a Chapter 49 affidavit. Includes comprehensive database searches, public records checks (property appraiser, voter registration, DMV, court records, business filings), social media and OSINT review, physical verification of the strongest address lead, and a sworn Affidavit of Diligent Search documenting every step taken.

Enhanced Diligent Search: $850
When standard database results return outdated or incomplete information, our enhanced search goes further. Includes everything in the standard search plus relative and associate tracing, outreach to neighbors or known contacts at last known addresses, verification of multiple address leads, deeper OSINT analysis including archived social media, employment databases, and professional licensing records, and utility cross-referencing through associated individuals. This tier is designed for subjects who have relocated without updating official records.

Complex Skip Trace Investigation: Starting at $1,000
For subjects who are actively evading service or have left no traceable footprint. Includes everything in the enhanced search plus extended multi-day field investigation, coordination with out-of-state databases and contacts when applicable, a comprehensive investigative report in addition to the sworn affidavit, and ongoing communication with the retaining attorney throughout the investigation.
